This is my favorite sauce for fish tacos. Use it with my posted recipe for fish tacos or use frozen fish fillets, warmed corn torillas, and shredded cabbage for a quick and delicious dinner. Time does not include resting time.
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat yogurt or 1⁄4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Mix all ingredients and let sit 1/2 hour to let flavors develop. If you like your sauce a little thinner just add a bit of milk or water and mix it.
sounds great, i think it would be even better if you added some chipotle in adobo!
