This was a pretty good stir fry sauce that turned good. The lime gave it a little bit of a different taste than most and it cooked and thickened nicely. The only problem I had with it was that it had a slightly starchy quality to it, even after cooking. I think I will cut the cornflour back to 2 Tbsp next time and see how that goes.
