Sauce for a Stir-Fry

"A number of years ago when our town used to hold a Farmers' Market they were giving out samples of veggies stirfried in this sauce and passed out the recipe to those that requested it. Very simple to make and tastes great in basically any type of stirfry...pork, chicken, shrimp or beef."

  4. Feb 10,2008 Wonderful stirfry sauce, I made it to finish off our chicken stirfry. I will be using it from now on for our stirfrys, delicious and thanks for posting ( and almost no fat too!!) May 3,2010 - YUMMY , use this recipe often, thanks so much, it is delicious!

  5. I did not like this at all.I gave it one star for simplicity to make. There wasn't any taste to this at all.It thickened up fine but as leftovers it turned into a gelatinous gravy.

Tweaks

  1. I'm just going through my cookbooks and must apologize for the late late review. We tried this shortly after you posted it and loved it. We also used full chicken broth instead of the bouillon and water and love this. I hid this recipe from my BF for a while so his stir-fry couldn't be better then mine. hehe thanks for posting Nova. Edit: I add 1 tsp red pepper flakes and 1 tbsp sesame oil. This is also good using beef broth :)
