  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add meat, toss to coat, cover, refridgerate at least one hour.
  3. Soak bamboo skewers in water so they don't burn.
  4. Preheat BBQ or broiler.
  5. Thread meat on separate skewers, weaving to form an S-shape.
  6. Place on grill or cookie sheet, cook 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  7. Serve with peanut sauce.
