Nice! I could really taste the flavor, even after only a couple of hours marinating. Was a bit on the salty side though, so I won't add the tsp of salt next time. Thanks! o(^o^)o

This was great. Unfortunately I could not get hold of any dark molasses so I substituted it for honey. Also I used lemon juice instead of lime juice. Everyone at my dinnerparty loved it. Thanks for posting

This recipe was too die for!!! I prepared it for a cocktail party and my friends were really impressed. I followed the directions exactly and served it with ChuckWagon's Peanut Satay sauce (thanks L. Duch!!) -- what a combo!!! Its in my foodie arsenal forever! - Chicky

Delicious and simple. This went over very well for dinner. I served this with Chuckwagon's PSatay Peanut Sauce". This would be an easy recipe to take camping.

Excellent recipe! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and also doubled up on the garlic. I broiled the chicken but plan on making it again on the barbeque. The flavour was wonderful and next time I make this, I will also make the spicy peanut sauce to accompany it! Thanks Meow! We loved it!

My husband gave me three hours notice that we needed a dish for a retirement potluck! I quickly thawed some chicken breast and had this dish ready to serve from thaw to finish in three hours! It was inhaled by everyone. I made the peanut sauce that accompanies this dish. Everyone was very impressed with the presentation, and I didn't have a crumb left over.

I doubled this recipe and served it to 5 hungry boys who where spending the night. I didn't fix the sauce just grilled the chicken and set it out. Wonderful marinade. The chicken was gone in about 30 seconds and the boys were fighting on who got the most!

Delicious chicken. I have to say though that the peanut sauce overpowers the marinade almost completely. Maybe I just liked the peanut sauce too much. I sauteed the chicken rather than grilling it but otherwise followed the recipe. Meow's peanut sauce recipe is #38545.

Outstanding!! I followed the recipe exactly as written, and the chicken was very flavorful and soooo tender! The molasses gives it such a nice sweetness, balanced by the tartness of the lime and soy sauce. I had already made Mean Chef's peanut sauce and it went beautifully with the chicken. Thanks, Meow (and Meow's mom)!
