- Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, bell pepper, cilantro, and mince garlic.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
A nice basic salsa that you can easily tweak. I can't eat cilantro so I subbed Italian parsley so not the same taste but it works for me :) I liked the addition of lime. I'm sure I'll be making this again. Thanks for posting! Made for Pick~A~Chef, Spring 2008.
