This salsa reminds me of the kind that you get at a good mexican restaurant - no chunks and just the right amount of heat to make both me and my husband happy :) (which is hard to do!)

  1. Cut your vegetables in a food processor and mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!

I cut this in half and used some regular onion along with more green onions and fresh garlic. Otherwise I followed the instructions...DELICIOUS! Thank you for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2013. Going into my Favorites of 2013.
