    This recipe came from my grandmother. The directions are for baking in the oven, but I have done these in the crock pot as well as they turn out great. These are really good with mashed potatoes. A great comfort food meal. Easy and delicious!

      Trim pork chops.
    2. 2
      Heat oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat.
    3. 3
      Add chops and brown on both sides.
    4. 4
      Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
    5. 5
      Place browned chops in pan.
    6. 6
      In a glass measuring cup, mix together soup, ketchup, Worcestershire and water.
    7. 7
      Pour over the pork chops.
    8. 8
      Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done (it will depend on the thickness of the chops).

      I loved that this was a quick and easy recipe to make. The chops turned out very tender. I served the chops with noodles and the sauce was great for on top of the noodles too. Thanks for posting JillAZ!
