These sassy oatmeal pancakes will fill you up quickly.

  1. Mix milk and oats.
  2. Let that sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix in oil and eggs.
  4. Sift the remaining dry ingredients together, then mix into the wet mixture.
  5. Pour out 1/4 cup on a hot pan or griddle to cook, turning when the edges are slightly dry.

Pretty good. Had a little problem with out side getting to brown while inside was still raw. Probably because of the molasses.Not sure I would make again without some modification.

Yum yum doodle dum. Delicious and nutritious. Easy to make. We had them for dinner with a fruit cup to start and some turkey sausage and everybody's happy. Thanks.

very thick and hearty. I added blueberries. I think a hint of salt would be an improvement.
