  • Mix milk and oats.
  • Let that sit for 15 minutes.
  • Mix in oil and eggs.
  • Sift the remaining dry ingredients together, then mix into the wet mixture.
  • Pour out 1/4 cup on a hot pan or griddle to cook, turning when the edges are slightly dry.

  1. Pretty good. Had a little problem with out side getting to brown while inside was still raw. Probably because of the molasses.Not sure I would make again without some modification.
     
  2. Yum yum doodle dum. Delicious and nutritious. Easy to make. We had them for dinner with a fruit cup to start and some turkey sausage and everybody's happy. Thanks.
     
  3. very thick and hearty. I added blueberries. I think a hint of salt would be an improvement.
