This is not just another dip recipe. This is so good you will never make another artichoke dip recipe again. I have one that I posted on Recipezaar before I found this one, but this is the one I will be making from now on

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Drain the artichokes and chop up. Drain Rotel tomatoes.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. It won’t look pretty, but trust me it will get better once baked.
  3. Spray baking dish with Pam and pour in the artichoke dip. Bake until browned on top and bubbly, about 15 minutes, at 375°F.
  4. Serve with Wheat Thins or your favorite cracker.

This was liked, but not a 5 star wonder for our family. Missing something. Followed recipe as written.

Definitely a five star. I prepared with no changes. One guest didn't bother with crackers and ate it with a fork. She liked artichoke very much; she is from Cuba and she says they don't have them there.

Mmmmmm. This was really good. I used minced garlic from a jar instead of the powder and I used a mix of parmesan and mozzarella. The people at the party I brought it to loved it.
