Sassy Baked Artichoke Dip

  • Drain the artichokes and chop up. Drain Rotel tomatoes.
  • Mix all ingredients together. It won’t look pretty, but trust me it will get better once baked.
  • Spray baking dish with Pam and pour in the artichoke dip. Bake until browned on top and bubbly, about 15 minutes, at 375°F.
  • Serve with Wheat Thins or your favorite cracker.

  2. Definitely a five star. I prepared with no changes. One guest didn't bother with crackers and ate it with a fork. She liked artichoke very much; she is from Cuba and she says they don't have them there.
     
  3. Mmmmmm. This was really good. I used minced garlic from a jar instead of the powder and I used a mix of parmesan and mozzarella. The people at the party I brought it to loved it.
