  • Chop shrimp finely, then mash with a fork.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with the remaining ingredients, blending thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving for flavors to blend.
  • Just before serving, garnish with chopped parsley.
