This was excellent, I made one substitution. I only had vanilla lowfat yogurt and used that instead. I dont know if it affected the taste but everyone really enjoyed them.

Wow, I was in potato heaven last night. I made these almost exactly as written except for two things: I had a craving for mashed potatoes and somehow didn't realize that this recipe wasn't for mashed. So before putting them in the casserole dish to bake, I mashed them up so that they were chunky mashed potatoes rather than cubed. I also substituted non fat sour cream instead of fat-free yogurt and it turned out really tasty. I can't believe that these are fat free because they taste soooo good. It also makes a ton, so I have a good amount of leftovers. Thanks for a great recipe!

These are tasty and easy to make. The only thing I omitted was the green onion as I didn't have any. This is a keeper.

I just finished cooking this along with a chicken recipe I found on this site... fabulous... my house smells like a gourment chef has been in here all day!!! Thanks for this great low pt recipe!!

I loved this!! I made it with Manhandler Meatloaf that I found on the Weight Watchers site. When I realized it called for green onions in addition to onion, it was too late to go to the grocery store as I was already cooking. It was plenty "oniony?" without but I love onion so next time I will try it with the green onions. The texture was wonderful and the only thing I will change is to add a little more mustard, to kick it up. In my opinion it was the richest creamiest dish I've had while on a diet. Oh btw: I figured out the points to be 3 pts a serving which I calculated for 8 servings and 7 cups of potatoes instead of 6. but I know it's acurate because I used the recipe builder on the official WW site.Thank you again for a great low fat meal that the rest of my family didn't mind eating!

These were pretty good. I loved the flavor, but hubby and son were not crazy about them. I thought the taste was good, but the cheese got really hard. This may be because I used fat-free cheese though. I'm new to the world of fat-free cheese, so that could be the problem. I didn't have any green onion, so I omitted that. I found it to be plenty onion-y without. Overall good recipe, and one I will try again, this time with the proper cheese. Also needed salt and pepper, for my taste. Thanks, SaraFish!
