    Directions:

      Combine all dry cereals. Combine apple juice, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Toss liquids with cereals and place on a shallow non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for one hour - stirring every 10 minute.

      This is a good snack mix! Not as rich as the kind with butter of course but an acceptable alternative if you are trying to reduce some fat and calories. I don't know if the cheerios soaked up more of the mixture or what happened but they shrunk down to tiny brown rings after the baking so I would probably leave them out next time. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

      This was very good. I liked that it omits the fat from the butter that most snack mix has. I added 1 c peanuts. DH said it didn't have enough garlic. So next time I'll probably up the garlic to 1 t. Thanks for posting.
