This is another of Sarah's great bread recipes. This originally came to the family from Woody, Sarah's beloved flower shop worker!

  1. Mix eggs, oil and sugar together. Then add sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Finally mix in the zucchini and nuts.
  2. Bake at 350 degress for 45 minutes or in mini loafs for 30-35 minutes. This makes 2 big loaves and 4-6 mini loaves.
