Just doesn't get any easier and more tasty then this simple recipe. I added exra garlic, basil and tomatos. The only really different thing I did was grate fresh parmesan cheese and it was excellent. I put in fridge and served cold. Loved it.
My sister in law makes this for family get-togethers and I had to have the recipe. It is really really good and super easy. I use small shell pasta and always double the tomatoes, basil and garlic. Travels well and good the next day. Two big thumbs up here. Thanks for posting.
Great and easy - i picked ups ome great tom thumb tomatoes still on the vine and used them - the warm pasta softened the tomatoes and it was a great and very generous sized salad.
We made this for a bbq last summer and now it is one of my husband's favorite. It is so easy and fresh.
