- 3 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 cup fresh california green chili, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 -3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch dried oregano, crushed
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and let stand for one hour to blend flavors.
