Leftovers? Um, not HERE. This was way too good to have any! I was surprised at the strange look the cream cheese gave to the sauce but beyond that the recipe had an excellent flavor. The salsa used will affect the overall flavor, of course, but that's one of the things I love about this recipe. Everyone can easily tailor it to their family's preference. We enjoy spicy foods & our favorite chunky salsa was perfect for this recipe. It's also quite forgiving, as I was making 4 new recipes today & accidentally started the "crockpot" meal much sooner than it needed to be. When the cook time was up we still weren't hungry from lunch so I left the crock on warm & it sat for another hour and a half. The pork was falling apart tender & we really enjoyed it. This was very good dinner. I liked that I can make it in the crockpot. The flavors all meld well together. Thanks for posting. Reviewed for PAC Spring 2009.
