- 236.59 ml Mexican crema (Crema Salvadorena)
- 177.44 ml queso fresco, shredded (Jalapeno)
- 177.44 ml monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 946.36 ml elbow macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
- 44.37 ml unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 59.14 ml green chili, chopped
- 29.58 ml yellow onions, chopped
- 29.58 ml red bell peppers, minced
- 29.58 ml fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 118.29 ml seasoned bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In large bowl, mix pasta with butter. Add Crema Salvadorena, cheeses, garlic, chilies, onion, pepper and cilantro.
- Season to taste and pour into large casserole dish.
- Top with bread crumbs and bake 40 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
