Great way to kick ordinary eggs or breakfast burritos up a notch. I like these for lunch. too.
- 2 egg whites
- 1 ounce Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
- 2 tablespoons diced green chilies
- 1 whole wheat sandwich wrap (I use Flatout Multigrain Wrap)
- black pepper, to taste
- Spray skillet and cook eggs until they are not runny.
- Stir in chilis, cheese, and black pepper until cheese is melted.
- Serve in a warm wrap or tortilla.
