Fantastic and easy! My girlfreind's and I drank this up! I was a little skeptical since I didn't see nutmeg as an ingredient which is how my favorite beachside restaurant makes it, but it was fabulous and tasted just as good if not better! Thanks for this super easy recipe!
This is the best Sangria ever! Loved every drop of it and plan to make it many times this summer. I subbed Hansens key lime soda in place of 7UP because that is what I had on hand and used fresh squeezed OJ. It was amazing!!! Thanks!
Excellent sangria, even better after sitting for an hour or two. Subbed Sprite Zero and Trop50 OJ to lower the calories and it was still fantastic.
Perfect! My first Sangria and I loved this. I used Columbia Crest Cabernet and Christian Brothers Brandy. I am so glad I found this awesome recipe. I will be making this many times this summer for family and friends. Can't wait to fire up the BBQ cause this is gonna be awesome with ribs! Thanks so much for posting.
Wahoo! This was wonderful! My whole family loved this. It was delicious to taste and beautiful to look at. I'm glad I found this, it's a keeper!
I have made this three or four times and it is great! I usually only make half a recipe for the two of us to share. Goes great with about anything but I especially like it with Mexican.
This was a yummy one!!! A couple of substitutes rather than spend the $ on a big bottle of booze- Captain Morgans for the brandy and raspberry liqeur for the grenadine, it is a great recipe and we will be making again.
Excellent Sangria. I made it exactly as written except that I did not add Grenadine. I've never been a big fan of that syrupy concoction. But even without that, it was a great drink. Winey, citrusy, and well-balanced between tart and sweet. And unlike some other versions I've seen, this was not a fruit salad (which is good). This version is similar to a spritzer because of the soda, so if you're looking more for a straight wine version, don't add the soda.
I served this at a wedding shower. The compliments were abundant! Everyone said it was the best sangria they had ever tasted. This will be my go-to sangria recipe from this point forward. Thanks for posting!
I found this recipe years ago through Bon Appetit. Nice, light and refreshing...especially on hot summer days.
