- 12 prepared tart shells
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
directions
- Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Put hot raisins in medium bowl.
- Add butter (cut in small pieces)and stir until melted.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Fill tart shells 7/8 full.
- Place filled tart shells on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool 30 minutes.
