  1. Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Put hot raisins in medium bowl.
  3. Add butter (cut in small pieces)and stir until melted.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Fill tart shells 7/8 full.
  6. Place filled tart shells on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Cool 30 minutes.
