I halved the recipe and made for my 7 yr olds breakfast before school today. He really liked it! Cute name too:) Thanks.
Loved this for a quick weekday breakfast. It's a nice way to jazz up some frozen waffles. The name is so cute too. Thanks so much for posting!

i saw that episode too and wanted to make some! so i came on zaar and saw you had posted the recipe so i just had to try it! they are the best way to eat eggo waffles!
Gotta love the name on this. LOL. My grand daughter loved these. She now has a new favorite breakfast! And one that she can do herself. Thanks MeliBug!
This was a great breakfast for my grandson. They do look like they are covered in sand, and the addition of the sugar/cinnamon made him eat these up. Now he wants his waffles "sandy" every time!
