    This is a nicely flavoured, easy to prepare chicken. I have used breasts and legs but I think you could use any part, with or without skin.

    Directions:

      Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

      Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish.

      Mix the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce.

      Bake for about 11/2 hours, basting every 15-20 minutes until no longer pink.
