I found this recipe in one of my mothers old cookbooks ( over 50 years old), it is a simple basic recipe, everybody likes them. when you chop up some chocolate ( 50 gr) and add it it to the mixture, you have sort of chocolate chip cookies.
- mix all together,.
- make into a couple of rolls and put in fridge for a while.
- then cut up and put in oven, about 180/200 C for about 20 minutes.
- you can also make little rolls and flatten them with a fork.
- makes about 50, but I don't make them too big.
I think I must make mine a bit bigger than you do because I came up with about 2 dozen LOL.
Thanks Nellie for sharing an old family recipe. What a great treat to just pop in your mouth for a quick sugar fix. And so very very simple w/only 3 ingredients. Needless to say I didn't change a thing.
