This is one of our favorite pork chop recipes. I double or triple the sauce and serve over noodles. I also use lite soy sauce to reduce the sodium a bit. It's so quick and easy to put together and ready by the time the noodles are done.

These were good. I really liked the flavor but the pork chops seemed to be kind of tough. Not sure if I did something or if it's just one of those things. :o) But, overall delicious.

This was so good! I didn't have sherry or beef broth so I added some rice vinegar and water and some ginger for a little extra zing. so good! I made some rice with orange juice and ginger to go with it. fantastic dinner!

Very good recipe. I made it with turkey cutlets that I choped up. I did add on extra TBS of brown sugar because it seemed like it needed it. Awesome little dish.

Very delicious! It tastes like a chinese restaurant sauce on chops! Scrumptious! I will make it again!

Really enjoyed this. Hubby was smiling as it was cooking since he knew the ingredients and expected great stuff. We were both very happy with the outcome. I used thin cut bone-in chops and will definitely use thicker ones next time. I made a mistake and used 1/4 c. beef broth AND 1/4 c. sherry - ( I missed the OR), but it came out just fine. Used a minced shallot to replace one of the 2 cloves of garlic. All in all- GREAT TASTING DISH with very little mess. My husband who is the dish-doer was pleased.

I doubled the sauce ingredients but left out the red pepper. The sace was nice and the pork chops were moist and tender. I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for posting!

I doubled the sauce ingredients and was glad I did because we had it over whole wheat rice and it got 5 stars from all of us! I made some steamed broccoli as a side dish and everything was so good. I will make these again and again, as they were much enjoyed by all!

Also doubled sauce, came out great. The sauce was fantastic on rice. SO and I both felt it missed a little something and I think what we were missing is that the sauce is very much like a teriyaki but was not sweet like one. I may give this a shot with a little more brown sugar just to give a bit more sweet, if it sucks the recp is still great as is. Thanks!
