from Sam The Cooking Guy. These are pretty light (despite a little butter) and go really well with vanilla ice cream.

- Mix butter, rum and orange juice in small pot and melt over low heat.
- Cut peaches evenly in half.
- Then make slices in each half about 1/2 inch apart - but leave slices attached at the top.
- Grill over medium heat, basting often with butter mixture - grill marks are a good thing.
- Serve beside ice cream.
