A very tasty sandwich for breakfast! I used hot salsa and the egg substitute. So I had a nice spicy sandwich. I cut the recipe in half (cuz there's a lot) and served it with coffee. Yum. My tummy is nice and warm now. My tummy thanks you Sam for creating this recipe. :)

Awesome!!!! I made exactly as written and it was sooo good! I made mine into smaller sandwiches (cause my mouth isn't that big LOL), but they were wonderful. I'll be making it again!

This was terrific! I am surprised, to be honest i thought the 1/4 c of salsa with just one egg would be to much but it all tastes wonderful. Substituted canadian back bacon for the ham and used gouda. I mixed it in with the egg at the last minute. Its going in my tried and true cookbook, will make it often. Thanks sammy!
