  • Put oil and onion into fry pan. Fry until browned. Add ginger, garlic powder, and curry powder. Cook and stir about 2 minutes. Add ground beef and scramble-fry. Stir in peas. Allow to cool.
  • Cut egg roll wrappers diagonally into 4 triangles. Put about 1 tbsp, or less of mixture in center. Moisten edges with water. fold over and press to seal. Fry in 375°F fat until golden brown, turning once. To reheat place on baking sheet in 350°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot. Makes about 5 dozen.
  • Note: wonton shins can be used. The are a bit thinner.
  • Note: May be baked in 450°F oven for about 10 minutes. They don't get bubbly-brown in the oven as when deep fried.

  1. I really love this recipe. It was alot easier than I thought it would be. I did bake this in the oven, but not at 450 degrees (somehow my oven reacts badly towards high temperatures), so I cooked this for a bit longer at 375 degrees. it took about 20 minutes to bakes them, and it turned out real good.
