I love Saltgrass Steakhouse and this is the butter they serve with their Shiner Bock Beer Bread and their Baked Sweet Potatoes.
- Whip all ingredients with a blender or food processor until they lighten in color and turn a light cream color.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed.
YUM-O Lacy! I was afraid that the honey flavor would be too strong, or that it would be too sweet with the addition of the sweetened condensed milk, so I added 3 T of honey, and tasted. I added 2 more, to equal the 1/4 cup and 1 T, and it was perfect...the measurements are DEAD ON. This tastes like the honey butter I've had at Ryan's Steakhouse in Alabama...and years ago at Quincy's. The sweetened condensed milk must be the key. I think I'll keep this in my fridge all the time from now on! Thanks so much for posting this PERFECT honey butter!
