Tasty Peanut lovers bread. So easy in the bread machine. Makes a great snack:)
- 1 package yeast
- 236.59 ml whole wheat flour (graham flour)
- 473.18 ml bread flour
- 78.07 ml nonfat dry milk powder
- 44.37 ml sugar
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1 egg
- 177.44 ml salted peanuts
- 236.59 ml very warm water
- Dump all the ingredients into bread machine in the order given.
- Select white bread and push start.
DELISH! Made it just as recipe described, except did add 1 tbsp. of vital wheat gluten. Used red-skin salted peanuts. Baked mine in the oven though instead of ABM. THANK YOU...will make many times again.
YUM!!! Increased the ingredients to make 1-1/2 recipe ~ used 1 extra large egg, and changed it up a bit! Because I like dense chewy breads, I used half bread flour and half whole wheat flour; I added 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and used 1-1/4 cups salted peanuts. Used the dough cycle of the ABM; slashed two loaves and let rise for 45 minutes ~ baked in Pyrex at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
