These are delicious!!!! At first I thought it sounded weird, sprinkling salt on top of the cookies. But there isn't any salt in the dough, so you definitely want to sprinkle it on before baking. I just made 12 cookies today, but will keep in the refrigerator and make fresh batches everyday!! Thanks for a great recipe, will be made again and again!!! Made for PAC.

This is one easy cookie to make and so delicious! A very sophisticated cookie - the sea salt really does make all the difference. Go ahead and sprinkle it on just like sugar on a sugar cookie. I held back on my first batch and was sorry I did. Make the dough ahead and it keeps in the fridge for several days so you can always have fresh-baked cookies on hand. I will make this cookie over and over and it doesn't even have any chocolate in it!
