Borrowed from the Food Networks recipe collections.
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen edamame, in shell
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄4 tablespoon pepper
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Boil or microwave the edamame according to the package directions.
- Combine with the salt and pepper and the juice of 1 lemon.
- Serve with the lemon slices as garnish.
I did try this recipe but did not use the amount of salt and pepper as was listed. I salt and peppered to taste. The lemon juice was a bit over kill, so next time I will cut down on that too
