Salt and Vinegar Grilled Potato "chips"

This was given to me by my mom to help curb my insatiable craving for Tim's Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips ;) They're quite good, and I like to serve them with burgers and such.


  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Place potatoes in a pot of water; add 1 T salt. Cook until just tender, 15 minutes. Drain, cool, and slice 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  3. Brush potatoes with oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill until golden brown on both sides and cook through, about 8 minutes.
  4. Remove to a platter in an even layer; drizzle with vinegar. Season to taste with sea salt.
