This is a healthy and authentic recipe from my next door neighbor of many(20!) years ago. Thank you Mark Pinon!

Directions

  1. Peel papery skins from tomatillos, and wash them and the jalapenos.
  2. Boil tomatillos and jalapenos for 5 minutes and drain.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds to mix.
  4. Chill and serve.
