- 1⁄4 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup salsa
directions
- Combine cheese and salsa over low heat until melted.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Pour over split hot baked potatoes.

This is a great topping for baked potatoes! I scaled this to one serving and really enjoyed it. This would be great over fries or hash browns as well. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Spring PAC 2010 -
