- 1⁄4 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup salsa
directions
- Combine cheese and salsa over low heat until melted.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Pour over split hot baked potatoes.
