A simple red salsa. A variation of Pico de Gallo (Fresh Salsa / Salsa Cruda).

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large pot.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve chilled.
