  1. Heat skillet on medium low with butter in pan.
  2. Beat eggs an milk until frothy.
  3. Pan is ready when butter makes little bubbles.
  4. Pour eggs into pan.
  5. When eggs are mostly set, lift outside of egg and tilt pan until the gooey egg runs underneath (it's okay if some of the egg stays on top).
  6. Spoon salsa onto the left side of the egg, and flip the other half on top.
  7. Cook for about a minute and flip onto other side.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until the cheese melts.
  9. Spread sour cream on top
  10. Enjoy =D.
