One of my picks for the PAC. My husband took one bite and said it was good! I used jarred jalapenos instead of the chilies. I couldn't find the listed brand of hot sauce, so I used a new garlic flavored Tabasco.The hot sauce gives the tomatoes a nice sauciness, turning it into salsa. Next time I will double the recipe!
