- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons hot peppers or 2 tablespoons green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- You can add other ingredients you like as well such as sliced olives and black beans.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and chill for 30 minutes or long before serving.
