Salsa & Cream Cheese Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- 2 cups salsa
- chopped tomatoes (optional) or cilantro (optional)
- Soften cream cheese and mix well with sour cream, cheese and salsa. Make sure to drain the salsa if it has to much liquid.
- Garnish with chopped tomato or cilantro.
Turned like soup! What a waste of cream cheese.
