My newest invention, I ground up Salsa Con Queso cheetos diped em in egg n buttermilk then the ground up cheetos and pan fried em They are so yummy.
- 1 lb chicken strips
- 1⁄2 bag salsa con queso, cheetos
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Grind cheetos in food processor till fine.
- Mix all other ingredients together. Dredge chicken strips in buttermilk mixture, generously coat chicken with the cheetos. Pan fry in peanut oil at 325'f till done.
