Super easy and super tasty! To mix things up a little, I place a thin layer of crushed tortilla chips on the bottom of my baking dish. They soaked up the juice from the salsa nicely, and gave the dish some nice texture.
*Reviewed for ZWT5* A very easy chicken dish to put together that you could easily make for a larger group. Looking at the photos posted by others.....I think my salsa was a little runnier. My salsa formed a light soupy sauce around the chicken which was lovely served over the rice. Photo also being posted. We served this dish with Spanish Roasted Tomato Salad and Spanish Rice Using Tomato Sauce.
I have made this recipe several times now and I like it with some seasonings on the chicken also, I usually add a little salt, garlic powder, cumin and chili powder. Thanks for the recipe.
This was great, easy, and fast to prepare for dinner. I used some homemade salsa but think next time I'll try it with a chipotle salsa for some great smoky flavor. All in all, a nice basic recipe! I served it with a baked potato and grilled zucchini. Thanks!
Really, cooking chicken can't get any easier than this, and it's juicy and loaded with flavor.
This chicken was so easy and it was moist and lots of flavour. I used tasty cheese instead of parmesan. Husband kept telling me he didn't want dry chicken and he does not enjoy chicken breasts. He was totally happy. An easy one to make again.
I added a little extra salsa and used mexican blend cheese instead of the parm.We loved it. Great flavor. I think I loved it more than hubby because it was so easy to put together. Thanks for a great, fast and easy recipe. :)

I loved this recipe. It's so simple and full of flavor. I used mild salsa but spicy would be even better. I loved the green onion in this dish. Instead of parmesan, I used cheddar cheese. Made for the Saucy Senoritas of ZWT5
Very nice dish. Very tasty and everyone enjoyed it. Made for ZWT5.
