This is a quick and simple recipe for students or for just plain busy people without alot of prep time.
- Place rice, chicken, and veggies in a pot.
- Replace half of the water necessary to cook rice with salsa and pour into pot.
- Cover pot.
- Heat until boiling and then simmer until chicken is cooked thouroughly. (This recipe is easily modified for more people and as much salsa as one would like for flavor).
