A quick, easy and yummy dip that comes from my favorite little cookbook "Low Fat Mexican Recipes." Note: Cook time is chill time.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve with baked tortilla chips or use as a dip for fresh vegetables.
Very tasty dip, and easy to make! I did run the cottage cheese briefly through the food processor to smooth it out a bit. Mixed with hot salsa and really enjoyed this - thanks for sharing the recipe!
