These are excellent. The whole family loved them and they are so easy to make.

We frequently have guests for snacks and drinks. This recipe is on a frequent rotation for these get-togethers. Everyone loves them warm or cold. I usually garnish with a slice of jalapeno, black olive or just a tiny dollup of sour cream. Even the kids gobble these up.

These were fantastic. They were so easy to make and the flavor was so good. They didn't even need extra anything after they were done. I made them earlier in the day and brought them out cold and they were gone in no time.

These are quick to throw together for a light snack during tv time for us. We make them often and enjoy them! We top ours with a little chunky salsa, a dollop of sour cream and a black olive. Yummy!

These are really yummy but I had terrible problems with them sticking to the pan once they were cooked. I used a non-stick mini muffin pan that was well sprayed with oil, but I couldn't get them out at all so didn't end up serving them. They taste good though and I'll try again using liners.

I made these for a small family get together and they went fast! DH really didn't care for them, he thought they tasted like quiche...real men don't eat quiche. I did serve them at room temp and topped them with sour cream, salsa, black olive and a slice of fresh jalapeno. Thanks Mirj for posting.

These were great Mirj, although I did burn them slightly. I will cook them for 12 to 15 mins next time. Thanks Mirj.
