This is way too easy, but it was just a family favorite for years and I didn't see any posts like it, so I thought I would share. I hope you enjoy as much as we always did!

I have been making a version of this for years. I use 8 oz of cream cheese microwaved for 25 seconds. I add 2 heaping tablespoons + 1 level tablespoon of my fresh homemade salsa. It always disappears within a very short time after serving it. I do put it back into the frig to set up some. I serve it from the frig or leave it covered on the counter for 20 min or so...delicious!
