This salsa went perfectly with our dinner tonight (Easy Enchiladas ). Great fresh flavours and very easy to prepare! I used red onion as we prefer their flavour in raw dishes.
YUMMO!! Made 1 1/2 pints--enough to give DS2. The only change was to use lime juice in place of the lemon. Another winner, Charlotte!
I love fresh Salsa and this was excellent however I needed to keep some for a few days so I lightly cooked some of it - It keeps better when cooked - Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it fresh Thanks Charlotte for a tasty recipe
