Directions

  1. Pulse until semi - chunky tomatoes. Fine chop onion, jalapeno, garlic. Add coriander salt and lime juice. Mix well. Place in container, label, date and refrigerate.

This is a very nice, fresh tasting salsa, a bit different from the others I have tried. In this salsa, the tomatoes take second place to the onion, chilies and cilantro. The amounts given in weights is very useful when scaling the recipe, as I did, to make a smaller amount. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe with us.
