This is a mild fresh salsa using really good ingredients. Our friends ask for it all of the time.

  1. Dice garlic, jalapeno peppers and onion.
  2. Chop cilantro. In blender combine cumin, garlic, cilantro and juice from tomatoes.
  3. Mix together thoroughly.
  4. Add onion, jalapeno peppers and tomatoes.
  5. Hit pulse 2 times.
  6. Mix and hit pulse again if necessary.
  7. Do not puree.
  8. Keep it chunky.
