From The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman. I like to add fresh tomatoes and more cilantro to make this great recipe even better.
- 14 1⁄2 ounces no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- 1⁄4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 scallions, diced (white parts only)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Mix all ingredients together.
